Biography

After completing her undergraduate work at Harvard, Elizabeth A. Justice received her law degree from the Maurer School of Law at the University of Indiana in 1983 where she was a member of the moot court team. She has been practicing law in central Indiana since 1989 and opened her solo practice in 1998.

She enjoys giving presentations at legal seminars on topics such as probate and powers of attorney. She is especially proud of her work with the "Reality Seminar" - a two-day event held each year which helps introduce attorneys to the best practices in basic areas of law and the realities of running a small business. She chaired the seminar in 2014 until 2018.

Meeting clients in person and getting to know them as people is important to Elizabeth. When she is not pursuing her legal career, she enjoys gardening, travel, spending time with her husband, and visiting with her three daughters and the newest additions to her family, granddaughters Noa and Miriam.

Elizabeth is an active member of the League of Women Voters, Kiwanis (president in 2017), the Women's Legacy Fund, Temple Israel in West Lafayette and the Indianapolis Museum of Art.
